After registering, school leaders select a Membership level, login to the portal, post current jobs, enter search criteria, review candidates, and select prospects they wish to contact.

How do I find the Candidates?
By purchasing an annual membership, your school can post jobs and browse candidates at any time, receiving email notifications when new candidates arrive who meet the criteria of your job postings. You can also browse the pool of candidates at any time.
Classical Commons works with scores of liberal arts colleges and universities, homeschool groups, career placements offices, veterans affairs groups (for those who have returned to civilian life), associations of retirees, and other such organizations. We have one simple message: K-12 classical schools across the country are hiring talented people.
Applicants complete the “Commons Application,” providing personal information, academic credentials, experience, and candidate preferences: grade-level, subject area, willingness to relocate, etc. Upon receipt of the Application, the Classical Commons Team reviews the applicant’s qualifications and indications of interest and understanding of K-12 classical. Upon successful review, Applicants are identified as Candidates and made available for review by member schools in the Communities portal.
