Step 2
Purchase Membership
By joining the Membership community, you can explore the profiles of pre-screened job candidates. Your membership level determines how many candidates you can contact.
Step 3
Use Your Dashboard
Within the Membership community, your personalized dashboard will present your open jobs, candidates you are interviewing, and candidates you have hired—all at a glance.
One platform to find talent
Recruitment can be a full-time job (plus expenses!), between attending job fairs, managing online postings, and sifting through generic resumes. Classical Commons provides leaders with a single platform containing pre-screened candidates, all of whom are looking to serve in a classical school.

Simplifying the Connection

Teachers apply with a “Commons Application,” presenting their philosophy of education and their understanding of good teaching.

School leaders join the Membership community to review and select candidates who fit their search criteria. After the school’s interview process concludes, leaders hire or release candidates.
After registering, school leaders select a Membership level, login to the portal, post current jobs, enter search criteria, review candidates, and select prospects they wish to contact.
